Havasu Falls is a famous 90-to-100-foot waterfall located on the Havasupai Indian Reservation inside the Grand Canyon in Arizona,celebrated for its striking blue-green turquoise pool.Day hiking is strictly prohibited.Visitors must secure an advance reservation or permit through the Havasupai Tribe Reservations,a 3-night minimum for campgrounds,or call the lodge.Reaching the area requires a strenuous 10-mile one-way hike (20 miles round-trip) from Hualapai Hilltop,descending about 2,500 feet into the canyon.Supai Village is 8 miles in,and the campground/falls are another 2 miles past the village.Other notable nearby waterfalls along Havasu Creek include Fifty Foot Falls,Lower Navajo Falls,Mooney Falls,and Beaver Falls.Alcohol,drugs,drones,and photography of tribal members or local infrastructure are strictly banned.There is no cell service or Wi-Fi on the reservation.
